I can't prove it but it seems like there are more on my route to work along the BA and 244/75.

Has anyone noticed anywhere else in town?

I even saw one TPD officer helping change a flat tire on the shoulder of the BA between Yale and Harvard this morning.

I hadn't noticed until a frequent out of town guest pointed it out to me.  I think you're right.

A few years ago a HP officer pulled over and kept his lights on to protect me while I changed my tire. [}:)]

Glad you mentioned it, I've noticed the same thing. My neighbor who had his tag stolen got pulled over three times in an hour for missing tags by three different cops. Sounds like we have so many that they might be a little bored...talk about duplication of effort.
