Owasso 10 Story Hotel and Condo Development

I found out that the Condo's referenced earlier are going to be a Hotel / Condo combo built in a 10 story building with a 2 story parking garage.  The plans are for a lot just north of 96th and east of 169.  The site plan appeared to have  large retail development associated with it as well.
