So I just found out about this, I guess they started building it last year.

Costco will have a new store opening at 46th St N and Hwy 169.  It's MUCH larger than the one in South Tulsa/Bixby.  I drove past there today and it looks just about ready to open.  All the literature I've seen says it will open on May 25th.  I may have to give them a try now as it won't be a 30 minute venture to South Tulsa for me to go.

It's larger? Good lord. The one in south Tulsa is huge.

lol, you just found out? It's been the talk of Owasso for awhile now. It's a more standard Costco compared to the tiny Bixby one. Wish they would put one on the west side, but I guess the average income over here is much lower.

I wouldn't consider that as a a reason to not put a COSTCO in West Tulsa. Depending on the location wouldn't it draw from Sapulpa to Sand Springs and possibly close to Mannford?

When I lived in Oregon, the nearest one was in Roseburg which has a median household income of just under $50k/year and it drew sales from communities that were from 30 to 60 miles away.
