Well, if I read that right, it sounds like those that are suing were trying to attain legal status through the proper channels, and had been relying on their employers (who also took money from their paychecks to pay for the legal work) to do it, but the employers (their lawyers) screwed it up, and fired them, leaving them with illegal status.  It doesn't seem all that outrageous to me that they might want to sue..

There were here illegally when they got their jobs and they are still here illegally.The only thing a judge should give them is a boot to their donkey and tossed back into what ever country they came from.
