[Update: The hotlink in the article says, "(Click here to see how the 53 largest metros ranked.)", but the methodology says that they studied cities, not metros,  "This study focuses on cities, towns, villages, boroughs and census designated places..."  So apparently, its cities, not metros.  Hat tip: Oil Capital]
