I disagree with the possibility of Chesapeake being bought out next year.  Why would they sell themselves while at the same time continoue their massive corporate campus expansion in OKC (they have already started three more buildings... that puts the number at 9 corporate buildings), invest in millions of dollars in property buyouts in the immediate area, invest millions more in the Seattle SuperSonics, and then sellout?

I don't think that they are being sold either. I wasn't really thinking right. I mean they only opened the doors to the new building last Jan. So...you know.
