SUGGESTIONS PLEASE

We're beginning to wonder if Tulsa may not be too big for us to live in. We're used to towns that are 15,000 or smaller. So what is your fave smaller town in OK? It would have to be in Green Country, we know that for sure. Here's sort of what we're looking for~a town between 5,000 and 50,0000 with a bit of general employment. A town that prides itself on their lawns, has nice flower parks, friendly people, etc. Is there a place like that? Has anyone been to Poteau? I'd just love to hear what anyone there has to suggestion.
