Turner Turnpike

I have to commute between Tulsa and okc a lot. So what's with the turner turnpike? It's in terrible condition, and is overcrowded, and you still have to pay $3.50 to use it. I think if I'm paying to use a turnpike, I shouldn't have to worry about hitting potholes. The turner seems to have plenty of them.
