TulsaWorld litters in my driveway!

For the second Monday in a row I have found my "free sample" of the Tulsaworld on my driveway. The first one I tossed it in the recycle bin. Today I actually opened it up and it was Saturdays edition! So if they are throwing their old newpapers in my driveway, wouldn't that be littering?

Maybe I should set up the video camera and tape this litterbug in action next Monday. []
