Brookside Restaurants

KOTV article on Brookside business that are leaving.  And some that are getting ready to "start up."

"The News on 6 found out Friday, that where the Claiborne's Gas Station is, they're putting in a new Starbucks Coffee Shop and a new Pei Wei restaurant, part of the P.F. Chang's family. So some things going away, but new things coming in too."

As a rabid coffee drinker, I can generally do without Starbucks.  But Pei Wei, I'd go to Brookside just for that.  For Coffee, QT already has two fine Brookside locations.

These seem like businesses that will draw significant numbers to Brookside.
