Govt Wants To See Our Google Searches

The Government wants search records from Google, but they're fighting the request.

Microsoft, Yahoo, and MSN have complied, but Google is fighting it.  The intentions are to enforce porn laws, but critics say this is a violation of 1st Ammendment rights. http://news.com.com/Week+in+review+Google,+the+defiant+one/2100-1083_3-6029046.html

Personally, I don't have a problem if they are looking for what was searched.  If, however, they are looking for search results then a lot of us could be in trouble.  A lot of time porn sites can appear when searching for terms like "cell phones" and such.
