Anyone remember this place? Downtown, in the basement of an old office/apt building at about 7th and Elwood (Next to the Blair Apts).  Well, it is very, very close to reopening, pending the city inspections.  It has been renovated and cleaned up, and should be very loungy and very cool.  The Matthews brothers are involved, I think.  (They are partially or wholly responsible for Tucci's, Umberto's, the Piehole, and Ciao). I believe it is the only below-grade bar in Downtown.
