Empty downtown buildings

I am curious about the status of several downtown buildings that are empty as far as I know.  One is the McFarlin building.  I drove past it yesterday, and it appears as though they are doing work on it.  The other is the Tulsa club building.  Finally, outside the IDL--the Abundant Life building.  Is it still for sale?  I had heard the David Horton ministries purchased it, but I still see the for sale sign. Does anyone have any information? Thanks.
