where to go for tulsa development news?

posted on the YPTulsa forum, so i thought I would ask the question here as well:

If someone were to build a new strip mall in Tulsa, with about 10 anchors, and over 100 acres, where would I go to learn about it ASAP?

If someone were to build a new monument of sorts in downtown Tulsa, how do I find out? What about a developer coming in and thinking about building some condos in Uptown?

Say someone wanted to build a 5-story office tower in downtown, which is significant given the current state of commerical real estate growth in Oklahoma, where would I go?

This is something that there is a serious lack of right now.
