The bond issue included $50 million to add a 4,000 seat upper deck to the planned 12,300 seat MAPS 4 - Multipurpose Stadium.
We should have something similar to Rhinos Stadium in Rochester.  16,300 seats will put us 1,700 short of MLS specifications (18,000).
If in the future, we were to add another 4,000 seat upper deck to the other side to balance the upper decks, our stadium will seat 20,300 seats--ripe for MLS.  If slightly elevated, portable risers for American Football could increase capacity by 1,000 seats.

United Soccer League Rochester Rhino's Stadium - Capacity: 13,768 seats.

Construction cost:  $35 million - Architect    HOK Sport
