Not much of a steaks guy, especially since that is something that can be done at home, but I actually prefer Mahogany or Silver Flame. Same concept as Eddys.

Mahogany and Silver Flame?  I'd never think to put those two in the same sentence.  Silver Flame does have a pretty respectable prime rib.  I've never really been that impressed with any other steaks I've had there and it's one of those places I never really think to eat at anymore.  Falls under the classification of: "It'll make a turd."

That sounds like a pretty grim evaluation of steaks in Tulsa.  Certainly we can do better than that.

Personal preference.

Although if you're gonna go the lazy way and not fry it, Flemings is pretty good.

A group of us at work on a regular basis go to SF for lunch.  They're pretty good for the price, and the prime rib was really good for the price last time I went.  It seems to be better since the fire.

Personal preference.

You can probably guess that my preference for steak, chicken, pork..... is not breaded and fried.  Whenever the choice in the Navy Chow Hall was breaded/battered meat, I scraped off the bread/batter.  The only thing I can think of at the moment that I do like breaded and fried is eggplant and we didn't even do that this year.  (Fresh eggplant from the backyard garden.)

I don't share my thoughts because I think it will change the minds of people who think differently.  I share my thoughts to show the people who already think like me that they are not alone.

We need one in Tulsa.

SOOOO badly!!!

Luckily, I am in that area enough (way too much....) so that particular itch can be very adequately scratched!!

Changed in the last government food pyramid - it is now conditional on being battered and deep fried....

That's what I said earlier - don't go there...to any kitchen!  You don't wanna know.
