Come check out Tulsa's coolest ink! Some of the best tattoo artists in T-town will be showing off their work during an outdoor concert with Tulsa blues great Steve Pryor. With a stunt rider and plenty of entertainment, this is an event you won't want to miss! Free to enter. 8PM- Midnight.
