cheap computerized alignment in tulsa?

I'm about to replace a bunch of steering components, I've just had an alignment and I don't think replacing steering stuff will effect caster/camber and I'm kinda broke so I'm trying to find something cheap.

I really prefer a computerized alignment, just don't quite trust that old style after a couple bad experiences in the past.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Depending on what components you are replacing, it will affect caster and camber. What kind of car is it?

4wd tahoe.

I was thinking they'd just need to adjust the toe but they check all that other stuff anyway right?

Last time I had a computer alignment done it was $70 at hibdon.

One other place I went was $30 for an alignment table alignment.

I'd love it if I could find some computer alignment somewhere in between the 2.

btw. can't find an edit post thing on here, I'm replacing inner tie rods (outer already done) and one or both pittman and idler arms.

Are you doing the work yourself? Here is a link to show you how to do a simple alignmnet Tis will get you in the ballpark to get to an aligment shop

Yeah, the steering components stuff I'm doing myself, not the alignment, I've tried that before a couple times. It involved tape measures laser pointers, lots of cussing,  dozens of test drive around my neighborhood and always ended up worse than before!

Glad I stopped shade-treeing on cars before front-wheel drive became the norm.  It was difficult enough aligning a rear drive car.

you sould go to Shilling Alignment in Owasso.  The guy is a pro and I think a 4 wheel alignment is about $40.

Any more I base my choice on the labor cost and if I have or can rent the tools.

About 10 yrs ago I put new bushings rebuilt axles, struts, etc in a front drive '81 Buick Skylark. The tire shop where I was going to buy a new set of tires agreed to change out the struts from the spring assembly (for some $) if I removed them from the car. I put everything back together and aligned it enough to get the car to the shop where I bought the tires and had it aligned.  I had some vacation to burn and saved enough labor $ to have taken the time off without pay.  

I recently saved about $400 parts and labor (still using OEM quality parts) just changing out brake pads and rotors on one car. It took about a half day.  I don't even come close to making $800/day in my day job.

I have a squeaky wallet.
