Though the mention of office buildings of about 15 stories is a positive note. Would likely expect to see a good sized hotel go in as well. Otherwise, most of the largest condo/apartment buildings look to be about 7 stories. A few taller buildings up to 15 stories will be nice additions to the mix.

I did notice that most of the clearing and leveling had been done a few weeks ago. I suppose the next phase is underground utilities and such.

This all looks great. I think it will be a great asset for the whole Tulsa area. Now all they need is a minor league sports team...

and a small family run amusement park that used to be located in town. Along the river would be the perfect spot for Bells.

A billion dollars?

^6,000,000 visitors a year?

Doubtful. Highly doubtful.
Jenks Chamber of Commerce propaganda?

BTW, call Lynn Mitchell and tell him his sign needs mowing. You can't see the phone number. Not that a sign will draw their necessary critical mass for designed success.

Jinxed.

Six million visitors a year does seem rather high.

The Grand Canyon gets about five million visitors a year.

It better be a damn nice fountain.

People visit the Grand Canyon maybe, once, twice a lifetime. This place is likely to have people visiting every other night! Go to River District, get drunk, sober up, go to baseball game, get drunk, sober up, go shoppin', get drunk, sober up, go to Mexican restaurant, get drunk, go to work, sober up. Start again.

Like that.

I would have guessed a lot more actually. Weekends, I can see 20-30 thousand a day easily.

Not at all.  That's not too far off from the current demo.

Whats Woodland Hills yearly or daily average, numbers? This development will easily top theirs. How about downtown Tulsas average daily numbers?
