Now let me see if I understand the gas pricing.

If I understand this correctly. The oil companies have been raising gas prices up and up until they hear a loud squeal or squeals. At that they lower the prices back down until the squealing stops. That is our new price. Is any of that correct?

Our prices in town got up to around 275/9 within the last week. In the last few days there has been a loud report of protests heard from one end of this country to the other. Today the price is 262/9. Has the squealing stopped yet?
