What's the deal with Delassandro's?

Ate at Dalesandro's Saturday night. I eat there once a week. It's really good, the wine selection is ok and remember, TWO PEOPLE CAN EAT FOR THE PRICE OF ONE. The portions are monstrous and more than enough for two people. Doing this actually makes it not very expensive at all.

As for Buzz, he has always been great to me. I have known him for a long time. Sal and Sonny are really nice too.  Also, I think Buzz's favorite restaurant is my favorite, Viet Huong. I always see him eating there.

If you go to Dalesandro's get the swordfish, you won't be sorry.

Delassandro's is excellent.  I love their Meatballs, Swordfish, Lasagna and they have the best ever Caesar Salad.  Not a fan of the Carbonara.

Buzz is entertaining in sort of a Mr. Roper from Three's Company way, Sonny is super nice to me, and Saul takes great care of his customers.

Best Italian Food in Tulsa.

We went to Dalesandro's tonight.

Had the Caesar salad...very good.
Had the potato soup...excellent.
Had the Lasagna...ok.

Service was great.
Power is nothing till you use it.

Anyone else think it's strange for a "caesar" salad to not have caesar salad dressing?  I liked it but I wouldn't call it a caesar salad...

midtownnewbie, next time you go to Dalesandro's just tell them that the caesar salad would taste better with some dressing and they will promptly get you some dressing. Also, if you want to change anything like add a marinara sauce to your carbonara, they will be happy to oblige.

Let us know how that works out for ya next time. [:D]

To clarify, it did have dressing on it.  My point was that the dressing on it was more of your typical vinaigrette than a true caesar dressing.
