15th and College (NW side)

Work has started on the lot at the northwest corner of 15th and College.  That parcel is owned by the same people as the Reeder's gas station at 21st and Lewis.  It appears the building will be right up next to the sidewalk, which is great.  Any clue what is being built?

I've heard a Reeder's as well. As a resident in the area, I really hope there is some increased investment and development. The 15th and Harvard corner is one of the worst in all of Tulsa outside of Big Al's.

I believe the new location will be a body shop specifically focusing on high performance vehicles.  I think they are going to expand their kitchen on 21st.   At least that was the plan initially.

Yeah, I have heard there is going to be quite a bit of redevelopment in that area.  Have you seen any site plans?
