Mister Kanbar Sir,
Do you feel your money will be well invested, in Downtown, if there are not the other amenities required to make a "mixed use, liveable, comfortable lifestyle possible..?"

i.e. A Grocery Store, other stores such as a Bakery that makes it's own fresh bread, a sidewalk Cafe or two, and whatever applies to Downtown must be duplicated in the Brady Village as the two must be seen as one with different personalities..

With these things in place do you not feel your money would be better invested...? Even if your team has to recruit the tenants...?

Finally, I hear when you think of an Island... Alcatraz is the only thing that comes to mind...

Is that true..?  [}:)]

I have talked to three of Tulsa's major brokers and they indicate that you and Kaufman may have had a falling out and instead of being at odds would sell your property portfolio in Tulsa.

Would you sell at what you have in these properties to date?

Show me another city whose downtown and mid-town is so cheap, has such architectural and natural beauty, and has as much budding potential?
