Though an almost life long Tulsa resident I can't say I know everything, so I am trying to peace together all Local Districts and Sub-districts.

What I can think of off the top of my head:

Downtown
Brady
Blue Dome
Greenwood

Brookside

Cherry Street

River
Thank you,
Robert Town

Pearl District (6th and Peoria...ish)

People talk about the East Village as well...

I've always thought that one was kinda funny. When I think village, I think about a place where people live in a cluster. I'm pretty sure about 12 people live in the "East Village."

I want a district with a unique Oklahoma name.

Like Yonder. Or Round There.

How 'bout the "Fixin' District"?

I think a lot of people consider 18th and Boston to be a "District" called South Boston, SoBo, or just 18th and Boston.  Although, I have been dismayed to see some of the places not "making it" lately...possibly because other districts are just more successful, or bad management, or who knows?  I think on a broader scale this is also known as "Uptown", once again to make it have some more appeal.  If there were a lot more high rise condos/apartments with lots of people walking to/from their places to SoBo I think Uptown would suit it, but as it is I think Uptown is wishful naming.

Utica Square could be considered a "District" I suppose.  I also like to think of the public parks and museums from Philbrook to Swan Lake (and everything in between) as a district (although no catchy names come to mind...Maybe the "Garden District")? Included would be the Rose Garden, Garden Center, Arboretum, Woodward Park, Linneaus Garden, Vintage Garden, Tulsa Historical Museum and of course Philbrook and Swan Lake as the "bookends".
