It doesn't even look that much like a copy.

To me it looks like when you have legos and some other building set, and you make something really nice, but you have just a few pieces left over.. you start to feel like you should find SOMEPLACE for those pieces to go... That's what this is, just extra crap bolted onto the front, and it looks like it.

Of course it costs them $191 million for an arena with a a curved glass window. It costs us $179 for an arena with a curved glass whole side of the building. Not to mention they have cement block, we have stainless... I mean, have you ever heard of anyone remodeling their kitchen going "wow, I want to get myself a refrigerator in a cinder block finish..."

Both buildings were foisted on tax payers.  OKC just has a record of executing that Tulsa does not.

We could get real nitpicky like why nothing on the ground (people, trees, etc) casts a shadow, and in fact seems to be in a shadow. Or why they have like 4 women wearing the same white shorts and red tube top when everyone else is wearing long sleeves or sweatshirts. Or why in the first picture, the sun can be setting behind the ford center, which would be almost due north. In the second picture, the sunlight against the clouds suggests the sun is to the northwest.

At least they include an SVT Focus in one of the pictures....otherwise the rest are Japanese/European imports .  Was the CGI artist trying to make a statement about the FORD center?

Well, it looks nice I guess.  Something just doesn't look right.  A grand entrance that soon molds into a stock building with little transition or blending.  Just seems off in some way.  Oh well, it's an improvement I suppose and I don't have to pay for it anyway!

Why I want to know is why are all the guys wearing pants and long sleaves and all the women wearing short shorts, hooker skirts, tank tops, and open backs?  Not complaining, just sayin'.

well, considering the Ford Center's particular location town the hooker skirts thing isn't too far off.
