As I said, Breadburner, the state has weird rules for sex crimes.

Is indecent exposure in front of a a family who happen to have kids present a death-penalty offense?

I think not.

Regardless, such offenders are part of the sex-offender registry. It doesn't take much of a leap of logic for you to support execution for such people.

Do you?

i'm keen on your topic, but this particular thread spares no sympathy for sex offenders right now.  Take up the cause in another thread.

Porky

Usually it's a family member, neighbor or relative/friend of one. This case will be no different and soon they'll know what maggot it is.

Police Release New Information On Suspect In Child Rape Case
Wednesday September 26, 2007 2:34 pm    Posted By: Kevin King

Broken Arrow - Broken Arrow Police have released new information on a possible suspect in last week's abduction and sexual assault of a five-year-old child.

Police say he is described as a white, fair-skinned male with short, thinning, light-colored hair, partially bald. The suspect's age range is between 30 and 40 years of age. He did not have facial hair or eye glasses at the time of the assault.

The suspect vehicle remains the same, a smaller white car, possibly a Dodge Intrepid, but detectives say they are entertaining leads of possible other makes and models of vehicles that are white in color.

A composite sketch of the suspect is expected to be released sometime this week.

The five-year-old girl was abducted from her home in the 500 block of East Galveston Drive in Broken Arrow at about 6:40 p.m. on the evening of September 20th.

The girl was gone for at least 45 minutes before she was later found walking naked and bleeding near 51st and Midway in Wagoner County -- nearly eight miles from where she was taken.

The girl underwent surgery Friday and was released earlier this week from the hospital. Officials say she is very traumatized, but is expected to recover.

A ten-thousand dollar reward has been offered for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the man responsible. Anyone with information is urged to call Broken Arrow police at 259-8400 or the crime line at 259-1111. Callers can remain anonymous.
