I've known Les for several years.  He's done really good work as a photog for one of the publications that covers the team (it's a national pub; not local).  I learned a bit on my photography from him and he's helped get me access on the floor during games a few times.  Always fun.  I wished they hadn't opened up the spot between the benches for fans as that was my favorite place to shoot photos from.  Always interesting listening from there.
