Flooring contractors?

She-Who-Must-Be-Obeyed wants new floors.  Specifically, she wants both wood flooring and tile.  Have any of you had this done, and are there any companies you'd recommend?  Are they any to avoid?

For purchasing it I recommend Factory Tile Outlet. They are located on 46th between Memorial & Sheridan.

For someone to lay it I recommend a guy named Rick Partain. I will find his number and post it in this thread. I have it at work so it will be tomorrow before I can post it.

Best wood floor guy in Tulsa is Joe Roper. He even did Garth Brook's floors.
