IMO I'd put Tulsa at #3 or #4 rank, but that's just me. There are many reasons for this, but Tulsa does have many outstanding points and pluses, like the RiverSide jogging Trail.[8D]

Probably pretty high, because you have to drink a 6 pack of 3.2 beer to feel any kind of buzz at all.  Or do what I do and buy warm full strength beer at the liquor store and chill it myself.
