How does a homeless guy end up at Sutherland's in Jenks? There is nothing around there.

This guy needs help, sounds like drugs and/or mental issues.

Some guy was found dead after climbing a tower and I guess he got a electric shock from 135,000 volts, fell 50-75 feet to the ground. No one sure why he was on the tower, at first they thought a work man.
