Does anyone know apartments or condos where a non smoker can live without getting smoke from neighboring units in their apartment/condo?   Or where the majority of residents are non smokers?

Probably in the same apartment building where neighbors are quiet 100% of the time. []

I never had a problem with smoke coming from any neighbor I ever had.

Actually both the apts I've been in that are smoky, have been quiet for the most part.  In fact the first one was the most smoky and the quietest.

I've lived in lots of apts and never had this problem before.   Anyone have specific places where there aren't problems with smoke and also with noise?

Don't move anywhere near me....scratch out DT, midtown and parts of Riverside. []
