I was torn as to whether or not to post this in politics, but since it included the term 'registry', I thought maybe I'd put it here.  Admin/Mods, if it needs to be put someplace else, please feel free to move it.

This is just insanity.  Not surprising it comes from Florida.  They must have cornered the market on crazy people.  If Fark.com has a tag labeled 'Florida', that says a lot...

Mental illness.  Nothing more will come of this.

Well, unless Rick Perry or Bachmann or one of the others are elected...or chosen by the supremes after FL gets done with the election...

I think Jesus would even bitchslap this "pastor".

I suppose he hangs out with the Rev. Terry Jones, you know the Quran burner with a hair trigger.

I wonder if he has a list of agnostics so that he can try to convert them and add them to his flock of loons?

We try harder but just can't quite get there.

I remember a comedian saying "there aught to be a sign as you enter Florida that says 'Welcome to Florida.  Sh*t rolls downhill.'"

Wait, this person certainly is a liberal.  Think about it.  They want the government to act to produce a specific social agenda.  Right?  I mean, they coulnd't be a little government, tea party type person.  A regestry of this sort would be an infringement on american rugged individualism and rights.  Unless their ideology is just compleately inconsistant.....wait....

Remember, those batsmile crazy politicians think it's socialism unless it involves religion (specifically the one with the Baby Jesus), abortion, the 2nd amendment...you get the picture.

Since Steve Martin was in town last week....     Atheists do at least now have a hymn.

That didn't turn out so well for the Jews, did it?

That guy doesn't even have a congregation. He's a pastor without a flock.

I ordered furniture for one of those pastors a couple years ago. We set up his account and I noted that the delivery address was an apartment in a nearby seedy neighborhood. When I asked about how difficult it must be to minister to such a difficult decaying neighborhood he spoke disdainfully of them.

"I wouldn't pastor in that area. I have to step over drunks, avoid prostitutes and ignore panhandlers every morning I step out of my apartment. My church is on the internet."

We need a registry of these pastors.

Might be able to be called "The Registry of Hypocrites" with a response like that.

Well obviously God was speaking through him.
