Then you sir, are a fool.  The terrorists scare me so much that we can't possibly try them in our own courts.  I pointed this out years ago during the Bush administration and bravely called Bush a pantywaist when his people did it. Besides, I don't think anybody should be mirandized, they're all criminals, especially them thar brown-skinned meskins; guilty until proven innocent, I always say. That's why we need tort reform.  And one more thing, "Speak softly, and carry a big stick" was obviously a liberal idea that has no place in the war on terror...
"Bring 'em on and smoke 'em out!".... then declare "Mission Accomplished!"
That's what being a REAL AMERICAN is all about.
