What are the classifications of Posters?

Underneath our "names" to the left, you will see various classifications like "Civic Leader," "Philanthropist," Citizen," and so forth.

I know these classifications are based on how many posts a person has, but what is the amount of posts required for each classifications?  Just wondering.
