Should the tulsa riot survivors be compentated?

I beleave they should.I think it was B.S. rulling the judge gave.Stating statue of limitations ran out.What a load of crap,there is no way those people would have gotten a fair trial back,they would have been lucky if they even got a fair trial at all.A judge back then would have called the the survivors a racial slur and thrown them in jail.I beleave that only the survivors should be compensated.
