EightTwenty, a solar energy company proposes new headquarters in Oklahoma City's Bricktown

A 20,000-square-foot warehouse would be built next to the office building. The EightTwenty plan proposes a building constructed of architectural concrete and glass with exterior solar protection via architectural shading and an iconic facade facing west toward downtown and I-235.

These pics via OKCTalk.com shows that work has restarted on  Oklahoma City's Aloft North, a 120 room hotel at 13111 Highland Park Boulevard.  It is the second Aloft Hotel in OKC joining the first one built in Downtown-Bricktown, Oklahoma City that has 130 room hotel accommodations.

BREAKING: Sources tell me Paycom has secured the naming rights to what was Chesapeake Energy Arena. I’m told an official announcement is expected this week.
