A 20,000-square-foot warehouse would be built next to the office building. The EightTwenty plan proposes a building constructed of architectural concrete and glass with exterior solar protection via architectural shading and an iconic facade facing west toward downtown and I-235. Our CompanyLight travels from the sun at 670 million miles per hour, taking eight minutes and twenty seconds to reach the earth. In that journey, every aspect of life is powered. EightTwenty exists because we believe our greatest resource, the sun, is underutilized— that responsible, advanced stewardship of the sun’s power can lift up our communities for generations to come. We provide products and services that empower individuals and communities to harness solar energy for their own independence; instilling trust in all that we do. Site financing & construction: Spring 2022

Chad Richison, Paycom’s founder and CEO, said, “Oklahoma City is home to thousands of our employees, and I am happy that Paycom Center will be the home of the Thunder. We are committed to our community and remain focused on the future as we support the home team.”

A Menagerie of a Partnership. I would assume (hope) the Paycom logos will come off the sidelines. If you dislike the Love's NBA patch, well, here's a patch quilt for the floor you probably won't like. A menagerie of a partnership. I think it looks great. Go Paycom, Go Thunder.
