New development, 4500 s 129th east ave

I work for a company in the old Oxy building (currently known as the Merit Center) and have for almost five years.  There is a parcel of land just south of the complex that has been vacant as long as I've worked here.

Now there is some development going on; bulldozers grading and the like.  I'm curious if anyone here could point me in the right direction to finding out what this possibly could be.  I hear it MAY be a Verizon call center, but that is just one rumor that has no basis in fact.
