I hope that you aren't teaching them English. If you are, at least use "their/they're" correctly, use contractions such as "let's" and "that's" properly, and fix your abysmal punctuation errors. 

Add: there, its/it's, where/wear, your/you're, to/too/two, and many more.

Sometimes you just have to read a post out loud. Not too bad at home but embarrassing at work.

Back on topic:
I had some lessons in Spanish in Jr High School.  German or Russian was recommended for students pursuing a technical career so I took 4 years of German in 9th - 12th grades.  I remember some but didn't learn enough to read much or hold a conversation.  Being multi-lingual is great but a common language among a group whether it be a first, second, or maybe third language is a great advantage.  For much of the world it is English.
