Please help

Can anyone please tell me how to  put a picture on here?  I have spent the last 2 hours trying to do so.  And if you know how, please tell me in english I have no idea what this [img] crap is or how a pic has an address?  Remember artist here not computer geek.  So please tell me in english step by step if possible lol.  Any help would be greeeeeatly appreciated. Pleeeeeeease
