ah, I see the EPA blackmail machine is in full operational capacity.

our transit sytem converting to hybrid diesel was the dumbest thing ever.  The city somehow gets their diesel at $3.25 a gal, but still why they weren't all converted to natural gas is just stunning.

Maybe it's because diesel buses are cheaper to buy, maintain and operate and result in about the same ozone impact.  :shrug:
