Just got back from producing an event in Louisiana.  Interesting people there.  

Best food was at a roadside walk/drive up place.  Two windows three employees.  Served up Boiled Crawfish, Giant Shrimp, potatoes and sweet corn on the cob.

Oh, Baton Rouge has an interesting River Front.  I took some photos of that area.  They are on this PhotoBucket Link.

They have an old Battle Ship and a Military Jet there along the walkway.  Globetrotters were playing B-Ball Friday night.  Interesting how they have their Downtown attractions right up against the riverfront.  

Giant Bridge on Highway 10 that crosses over the Mississippi works as a Giant Sign both day and night to attract visitors.  At night they have twinkle lights on the bridge and you can see it for miles away.  They also have very few other bridges that cross the Mississippi in that area.
