PSO seeking new generating capacity

PSO announced today they are seeking 600MW of base capacity (year round) and an additional 500MW of peak capacity (summer or other high usage). This would mean buying a plant, having one built, or building themselves. The cost of this kinda venture is something like 10 figures. The economic impact wherever it lands would be quite large.
