One of the first river development projects in the City of Tulsa will soon be announced. I won't go into specifics, but it will be a private gift from a company located on the west bank in honor of the State Centennial that capitalizes on a natural asset on the river. That's all I will divulge at this time. Sorry, but everyone will have to remain in suspense until the official announcement. Just remember you heard it here, first.
