All BOK Center/Cox Business Ctr events now handled by Ticketmaster..

Hmm...this just happened recently, as all tickets previously were handled by tickets.com

Anyone know when this happened and possibly why?

Someone I know had tickets to the recent Justin Timberlake concert and he said it was a complete cluster.  The tickets people had printed off at home were not allowed even though they had paid a "convenience fee".  BOK's Facebook page had quite a few disgruntled comments following the concert demanding their money back.  I hope they get it ironed out.  I never had a problem with Tickets.com.
