Don't we already have someone on the city payroll that should be able to build websites. What good are the techies if they can't build?
Then again isn't Carlos due some more favors from KT ?

The only thing I see wrong with that site is the idiotic shadow effects on the dropdown menu items.

Well, that and the fact the menu is javascript driven. Get with the 21st century CSS design guys. Those of us with modern browsers (and for this purpose, even IE6 is 'modern') get a dropdown menu, those who are stuck in the stone age can still click the menu title and get an interstitial page with the functionality of the menu.

I'm a strong believer in both simplicity and speed, which means both few images and small code size.
