Inexpensive Office Space

Since from what I have read I know some of ytou own property I thought I would post here before calling around, I am looking for office space.

Looking for something small for one to five people , fixer upper is ok. I am looking to lease/rent not buy. Am willing to do work on the property to help make the space usable.

I currently use my Full Basement as my sole office for all of my business (ViperWeb Consulting, Eternal Media Group, and Tulsa Finds.) As my business grows I need to have a space I can have clients and visitors come, and a home office isn't exactly conducive to that.

Right now its just me and a part time assistant. So the space can be small.

Downtown would be nice since I could walk to work, but willing to travel if need be.

I still have a year plus on my lease.

If I didn't, I would move to the Reunion building at 4th and Main. Great location, beautiful building and very reasonable rates.

Also the cityplex has reasonable rates.
