OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) -- An anti-prostitution activist who calls himself the "video vigilante" and his wife were named in indictments unsealed in Oklahoma County District Court.

KOTV didnt mention that he was best known for videotaping the OKC police beating a restrained black man in July of 2002, which appeared all over the world.  Paybacks are a Bit@h.
