It should be someone who knows how to make a development happen. Someone with a proven record of actually building buildings...

I understand it's a perception problem.  But some perceptions aren't based in fact.

Shahadi is a Director at Williams.  Directors report to VPs.  VPs report to Senior VPs.  Senior VPs report to the CEO (ie: Malcolm).  There are hundreds of Directors at WMB.  They don't report directly to the CEO.

I don't have a horse in this race...but I know a bit about Williams, since I was an employee there for about 8 years.  

Continue the debate...but please debate with as many facts as possible.
