Recycling at Local Parks

Why on earth do Tulsa Parks not have Recycling bins?

It amazes me how many bottles, cans, and paper I see in trash bins.

Who would I need to approach to figure out a way to get Recycling bins at all out parks, preferably anywhere a trashcan is?

There are a handful of parks with recycling bins. The parks department has tried adding more bins, but they are just getting filled with trash.

It is going to take a real committment to the process. Frankly, the parks department budget was so slashed under the previous administration, I am surprised they even get the parks mowed.
