I drove by today and noticed they had wiped out the building on the southwest corner (former Brad Carson headquarters).

Anyone know what's going to be built there? My initial thought was a service station, so I pessimistically drove away...

Yeah probably a gas station or a starbucks. It won't be anything cool.

I doubt it would be ANOTHER gas station... There's already on at 15th & Utica.

Didn't we have a discussion about this a LONG time ago, and didn't it involve Bumgarner???

What about 17th Place & Utica (right next to Swan)?

Figured I'd ask here instead of a new thread.  Think it'll just be a small medical office?  Or maybe there is a sign there that I've just blacked out of my memory.

According to the brochure for The Mix: Cherry Street, this parcel is for Class A office space, yet to be built.  No telling how big or what it will look like.

Sounds better than a car wash.

Anything new on this? Looks like houses are now being removed to the west.

Not only houses, but two three story brick 1920's quads that had some charm. Gone, flattened, not even a chance to rescue any hardware or cabinetry. Gotta work quick when you're raping a neighborhood. Those two quads probably provided more density than the new three story single owner lofts that are populating the area.
